This is the Alki Beach point trail today.
Ah, what a difference 6 months can make!

Sparrow and I took a little lunchtime walk. He loves the snow and keeps rolling around in it like it’s a big, fluffy carcass. He said he wants to go skiing, but that isn’t my area, so I told him he needs to talk to Tim about that.

Just down the street. This is not my house number, but I like the sign because it says “Alki.”

This is the Coast Guard lighthouse keeper’s station, a block west of our house.

This is the lighthouse keeper’s station from another view. Beautiful. It is still a private residence, and the Coast Guard uses it to house one of their employees and his family ( I say him because ran into him right after taking this picture).
