I joined our (very small) Seattle Yelp team for the Aids Run 5K on Saturday, which started at Volunteer Park on Capitol hill and made a circuit down the main drags of the Hill. Shockingly, it ended up being one of the nicest days we’ve had in weeks, and I am not exaggerating that. It was a relief to have a moment without the gods spitting on us. 3 of my favorite Yelp friends showed up and we took on the challenge together, camping out at Saley’s afterward for some well-earned crepes. Fund raising and charity events are fun!
