I just got home from 3 1/2 days in New Orleans: the shortest vacation ever. The photos are downloading now, and I will edit them over the next few days before posting (copiously and nostalgically, no doubt), but this will have to tide you over until then. My friend Christian lives in New Orleans, and has for the past 9 years, and gets his “local meats” from a guy in his neighborhood, the Bywater. I truly and deeply love New Orleans.
